March 31, 2012.  The BSSF is sponsored ISTI basketball players and families for an afternoon of service at The Village at the Woodlands Waterway, an retirement home.  It was a wonderful time of service towards the elderly community.  Players and families spent quality time with the residents of the retirement home.

March 13, 2012. The BSSF sponsored ISTI basketball players to serve people in need of a meal.  The players served breakfast to hundreds of people in need.  The venue: Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church.

February 11, 2012.   The BSSF is sponsored ISTI basketball players and parents for a day assisting The Houston Food Bank with various tasks such as packing food boxes, re-packing boxed food, packaging rice or pulling grocery orders that local agencies will take to their communities.

December 16, 2011.  The BSSF sponsored ISTI basketball players to serve at Interfaith of The Woodlands.  Players collected goods for people in need, delivered the them to the pantry, and stored them, making them ready for delivery. 

  

              After  a day of school:  All Star Players gave of their time to bring and stack goods for families in need.  

 

 December 3, 2011.  The BSSF sponsored ISTI basketball players for an evening of service at Heart Like Hers 5th Annual Toy Drive Fundraiser & Holiday Party benefitting Pediatric cancer families and Texas Children’s Hospital Cancer Center. 

    

                               

 

November 12, 2011.  The BSSF sponsored ISTI basketball players for a morning of serving at a Special Olympics Texas Volleyball Tournament.  Players assisted with the movement of a group of athletes through the skills portion of their competition.

 

                                   

                                   

                                   

                                   

 

September 17, 2011.  The BSSF sponsored ISTI basketball players (13U and older) for an evening of serving children that struggle with Autism.  Players served at Respite, a free parent’s night out.  The venue: K2 Academy of Kids Sports. 

 

                                    

                                   

                                      

                                                                                                   

August 10, 2011.  The BSSF is sponsored ISTI basketball players and parents for a day assisting The Houston Food Bank with various tasks such as packing food boxes, re-packing boxed food, packaging rice or pulling grocery orders that local agencies will take to their communities.

June 13 and 15, 2011.  The BSSF sponsored ISTI basketball players for two, Serve People in Need Mornings.  Both mornings the players served breakfast to hundreds of people in need.  The venue: Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church.

December 4, 2010. The BSSF sponsored ISTI basketball players and parents to help at the Special Olympics Bowling Tournament.

                                         

                                         

 

August 10-12, 2010. The BSSF sponsored ISTI basketball players to serve at Palmer House.  The All Stars served breakfast to 650 people in need.
